Jingtai Technology and Fangda Carbon signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the intelligent transformation of "AI + industry"

Both parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in the field of carbon-based new materials.

At the signing ceremony, Wen Shuhou, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CrystalTech; Yang Mingjun, Chief Research Scientist; Ma Zhuo, Vice President of Liaoning Fangda Group and Chairman of Fangda Carbon; Zhuang Xiaoru, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Fangda Carbon; Wang Shu, General Manager of Chengdu Carbon Materials; and Feng Jiamin, General Manager of Chengdu Fangda Carbon Research Institute, were in attendance.

According to the agreement, both parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in the field of carbon-based new materials. Leveraging CrystalTech's core technological advantages in artificial intelligence, robotic automated experimentation, and quantum chemical calculations, combined with Fangda Carbon's rich experience in R&D, large-scale production, and market application of carbon-based new materials, they will jointly promote the intelligent R&D of high-performance carbon-based materials, production process optimization, and intelligent manufacturing upgrades. By constructing a vertical large model, the two companies will jointly create an "AI + robot" combined "super intelligent body" in the new materials field, continuously driving industry innovation and paradigm upgrades, and achieving technological breakthroughs and industrialization in the new energy and new materials industries. Simultaneously, both parties will jointly establish the "CrystalTech-Fangda Carbon Intelligent Research Institute," form a research and development committee, and establish a special talent fund to attract global high-end talent and jointly cultivate a new generation of AI materials R&D technical backbones.

This "AI + industrial" cooperation mainly focuses on three core goals, jointly accelerating the industrialization and commercialization of new technologies, new processes, and new products:

First, improve the mass production efficiency of high-end carbon-based materials. Based on materials genomics engineering and AI algorithms, develop high-performance silicon-carbon composite materials and graphene application solutions, covering diversified application scenarios such as lithium batteries and soil remediation, optimize synthesis processes and achieve automated precise construction, and promote the upgrading of new materials R&D and mass production efficiency.

Create an "AI + industrial" super intelligent body. Through digital twins, artificial intelligence, and robotics technologies, create a full-process intelligent management system covering materials R&D, monitoring, and production, comprehensively promoting technological breakthroughs, intelligent manufacturing, and automation upgrades of carbon-based materials.

Construct a technology asset and supercomputing platform. In key scenarios such as material design and process optimization, accumulate more than 100 AI algorithm models and build a million-core computing resource scheduling platform to support vertical industry super AI research and development in new materials and new energy.
