At the construction site of the 1,200-ton annual output of semiconductor silicon target project, a busy scene is presented everywhere. It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by Shaanxi Xingyao Juyu Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned investment of 800 million yuan, and is constructed in two phases. The first phase project is expected to be completed and put into production in May 2025, mainly producing semiconductor silicon target materials, which are used in the semiconductor optoelectronic plating field. After it is put into production, the annual output value will exceed 200 million yuan.
