Isostatic graphite is a high-purity, high-density, high-strength artificial graphite material, made from special pitch coke, petroleum coke, coal pitch and other raw materials through processes such as mixing, rolling, molding, calcination, impregnation and graphitization. It has excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and is a new type of material developed internationally in the past 50 years. Isostatic graphite is widely used in the manufacturing of CZ-type single crystal pulling furnace thermal field graphite components (crucibles, heaters, flow tubes, insulation covers, etc.), polysilicon melting furnaces, heaters and crucibles for compound semiconductor manufacturing, rocket igniters, excitation electrodes, nozzles and rudders, neutron moderators and reflectors in nuclear reactors, spherical or block graphite for high-temperature gas-cooled reactors, electrodes for electrical discharge machining, and graphite crystallizers for continuous casting metals.
